About Me
I am passionate about teaching mindfulness-based and ancient restorative practices because I have experienced the benefits and life-altering rewards.

My Background
Profesional Journey
My professional journeys have been dedicated to working with numerous non-profit organizations, advocating for social justice and disenfranchised communities who are on the front lines of suffering.

After years of practicing meditation and personally experiencing the healing benefits, I felt inspired to share mindfulness practices with others to alleviate suffering by guiding individuals to live a wholesome, peaceful, and joyful life.

Spiritual Teachers
I received teaching authorization from Trudy Goodman in the Theravada lineage tradition. Other teachers include Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. I have completed the Buddhist Introduction to Chaplaincy Training at the Sati Center for Buddhist Studies and Inelda’s End of Life Doula Training. I continue my spiritual training under the guidance of Jokai Blackwell Roshi.
